Nursery Manager – Full‑time at Riley Park

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead Riley Park, a well‑established early years setting in Marlow. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality childcare, supporting staff, and fostering strong relationships with families.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team.
• Ensure EYFS and safeguarding compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with parents.
• Drive occupancy and overall nursery performance.
• Lead Ofsted preparation and inspections.
• Support staff development and wellbeing.
• Create a positive, professional team culture.

Required profile

• Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Previous Nursery Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.
• Experience leading teams within Early Years.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality childcare and education.
• Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare, Leadership, or Management.
• Desirable: Experience achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
