Nursery Manager

About the role

An exciting newly opened nursery in Clapham Junction is looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a large team of qualified staff. You will work closely with the supportive owner to create a home‑from‑home environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the nursery.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and the EYFS framework.
• Lead, motivate and inspire a passionate childcare professional team.

Required profile

• Level 3 or higher relevant childcare qualification.
• Good knowledge of Ofsted and the EYFS.
• Previous management experience (e.g., Third in Charge, Experienced Room Leader, Deputy Nursery Manager).
• Friendly, approachable and positive attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
