Nursery Manager

About the role

Joining Little Pioneers is seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead one of our early years settings in Cranbrook. You will be at the heart of delivering high‑quality care and education for young children while supporting staff and families.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations and Quality Excellence teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of early years practitioners.
• Maintain outstanding educational outcomes and care standards.
• Drive commercial performance of the nursery, balancing budgets and resource allocation.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, ensuring a welcoming and transparent environment.

Required profile

• Level 3 (or higher) early years qualification.
• Minimum five years of experience in early years settings.
• Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by employer).
• Proven ability to lead and inspire staff and deliver first‑class experiences for children and families.

Required skills

• Knowledge of early years statutory frameworks and quality standards.
• Leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
