Join Kindred Nurseries as a Nursery Manager, leading a talented team to deliver outstanding early years education and care in Edmonton, London.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop the leadership team, including Deputy Manager and Room Leaders.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children thrive.
• Drive standards of EYFS and Ofsted compliance.
• Manage occupancy, budgets, KPIs and commercial performance.
• Build relationships with families, staff and the local community.
• Oversee safeguarding, health and safety and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and managing an Early Years team.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
