About the role
We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a thriving private nursery in Kensington & Chelsea. The role starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to shape high‑quality early years provision within a supportive, family‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
- Maintain compliance with the EYFS framework and safeguarding policies.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of early years practitioners.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and the wider community.
- Manage staffing, scheduling and resource allocation for a 42‑hour week.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years/Childcare.
- Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or senior early years leadership role.
- In‑depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- Organised, proactive and passionate about early childhood development.
