Nursery Nurse – Level 3 – 4‑day week

About the role
We are partnering with a well‑established, Ofsted‑rated nursery in Clapton, London. The role offers a rewarding opportunity to support children’s learning through play in a vibrant, community‑focused setting.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities tailored to each child’s interests and developmental stage.
- Implement high‑quality teaching using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Conduct observations and assessments to monitor progress and inform planning.
- Promote health, safety and wellbeing for all children.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
- Contribute to a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
Required profile
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or higher) with a genuine passion for early years education.
- Good knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding procedures and child development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable).
Required skills
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child development principles.
- Paediatric First Aid (desirable).
