About the role
Protocol Education is seeking proactive and caring Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants to support young children in welcoming nurseries across Worcester Park. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy play‑based learning, routine support and creating a safe, engaging environment for early years learners.
Key responsibilities
- Support children through play‑based activities, daily routines and learning sessions.
- Help maintain a warm, safe and stimulating environment.
- Encourage communication, confidence and early development milestones.
- Collaborate with nursery staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Bring a positive, hands‑on attitude to each shift.
Required profile
- Experience working with children or a genuine passion for early years education.
- Proactive, reliable and able to use initiative.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a nursery setting.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset.
