Nursery Office Manager – Wirral

About the role

The Nursery Office Manager will be the backbone of the administrative team at Busy Bees Wirral Spital, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and a welcoming environment for parents, staff and visitors. You will coordinate external contractor visits, manage office resources and act as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate visits from external contractors and service providers.
• Manage office equipment, supplies and facilities.
• Welcome visitors and handle enquiries from parents and staff.
• Perform a wide range of day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and record keeping.
• Support the nursery team by maintaining accurate schedules and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience using Microsoft systems.
• Business management experience.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Confident verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible approach with a qualification in Early Years.
• Understanding of nursery processes and safeguarding knowledge.
