Nursery Practitioner (CACHE Level 2/3) – Godalming

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant early years setting in Godalming. The successful candidate will hold a CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and will be passionate about fostering a safe, nurturing environment where young children can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
• Plan and deliver educational activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, preparing detailed reports for parents and staff.
• Maintain open communication with parents and colleagues to support each child’s wellbeing.
• Adhere to health and safety policies, including hygiene and meal‑time routines.

Required profile

• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education.
• Proven experience working as a nursery practitioner or in a similar early years role.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude towards working with children.
