Nursery Practitioner – Early Years Care

About the role
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our Croydon nursery. In this role you will support the care and development of babies and young children, working alongside qualified staff to create a safe, stimulating and loving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with personal care for babies and children.
- Support play and learning activities appropriate to developmental stages.
- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and nursery events as required.
Required profile
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/EYFS.
- Genuine passion for working with babies and young children.
- Reliable, caring and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop early years care skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations.
