Nursery Practitioner – Early Years Role in Cyprus

About the role

Reed is partnering with a nursery in Cyprus to recruit qualified Early Years professionals for short‑term contracts (up to 6 months). The positions cover a range of age groups, from baby rooms to children up to four years old, and offer a unique chance to gain international experience while working in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality care and learning for children in the assigned age group.
  • Support and lead practice across rooms, stepping into deputy responsibilities when required.
  • Maintain nursery ratios and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent, developmentally appropriate activities.

Required profile

  • Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
  • Previous experience in an Early Years or nursery setting.
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic, and confident working in a new environment.
