Nursery Practitioner – Early Years Role in Plymouth

About the role
We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Plymouth. You will contribute to the wellbeing and learning of children aged 0‑5, helping them develop socially, emotionally and physically.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and education for children aged 0–5.
- Support learning and development in line with EYFS standards.
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote social, emotional and physical development.
- Work closely with the team to create a safe, stimulating environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and daily observations.
Required profile
- Early Years Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
