Nursery Practitioner – Flexible Hours in Hanwell

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to support children aged 0‑4 in Hanwell nurseries. You will work alongside permanent staff, delivering a safe and stimulating environment that promotes early learning.

Key responsibilities

• Engage children in messy play, arts and crafts, singing, storytelling and role‑play.
• Support structured learning activities and educational games.
• Supervise outdoor play and garden time, ensuring safety.
• Assist with feeding and toileting when required.
• Help maintain a clean, safe and nurturing environment.

Required profile

• Childcare qualification or at least 3 months of professional childcare experience (referenceable).
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable, flexible and professional attitude.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
