Nursery Practitioner – Flexible Work Available

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to support children aged 0‑4 years in local nurseries across Rochester. The role offers flexible days and hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Engage children in messy play, arts and crafts, singing, storytelling and role‑play activities.
- Support structured learning sessions and supervise outdoor play and garden time.
- Assist with feeding and toileting when required.
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
Required profile
- Childcare qualification or at least three months of professional childcare experience.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- Reliable, flexible and professional approach.
- Genuine passion for working with young children.
