Nursery Practitioner – Flexible Work in Croydon

About the role
Join a growing team of childcare professionals supporting children aged 0‑4 years in Croydon nurseries. This flexible position allows you to choose the days you work while contributing to a safe, nurturing learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage children in messy play, arts and crafts, singing, storytelling and role‑play.
- Support structured learning activities and educational routines.
- Supervise outdoor play and garden time, ensuring safety.
- Assist with feeding, toileting and personal care when required.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and stimulating environment.
Required profile
- Childcare qualification or at least 3 months of professional childcare experience.
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Reliable, flexible and professional approach.
- Genuine passion for working with young children.
