Nursery Practitioner – Full/Part Time – Tunbridge Wells

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join our early years teams in Tunbridge Wells. You will help create a safe, clean and happy environment for children across three key age groups, working full days as required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist nursery staff in delivering high‑quality care and education.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment.
• Engage with children through planned activities and play.
• Support mealtimes, including preparation and supervision of snacks.
• Report any incidents or concerns regarding children’s wellbeing.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare.
• Right to work in the UK and valid passport.
• Clean DBS check on the update service.
• Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Minimum age 18 and at least five years of recent references.
• Experience in a fast‑paced nursery setting and knowledge of safeguarding.
• Familiarity with the EYFS curriculum.
• Based locally or able to commute to Tunbridge Wells.
