About the role

Join Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group, as a Nursery Practitioner Level 2 in Wantage. You will support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children aged 0‑5, delivering the Bee Curious curriculum in a vibrant, award‑winning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote curiosity, confidence and creativity.
• Provide responsive, nurturing care and build positive relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment.
• Support daily routines, including meals, nap times and outdoor play.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and community fundraising events.
