Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 – Full‑time (4‑day week)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in Redhill. The position offers a supportive environment with a strong focus on staff wellbeing, development and clear career progression. You will work a 4‑day week with 10.5‑hour shifts, promoting a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care and education to children.
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Contribute to planning and daily nursery activities.

Required profile

• Level 3 childcare qualification or relevant experience working with children.
• Willingness to work towards a childcare qualification if currently unqualified.
• Understanding of the EYFS (or willingness to learn).
• Passionate, reliable and team‑oriented.
