About the role
Join Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group, as a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner in Bicester. You will support children’s intellectual, social and emotional development within a Good‑rated Ofsted nursery that cares for 108 children.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that follow the Bee Curious curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment for children.
- Observe and record children’s progress and share insights with parents and senior staff.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily routines and transitions.
- Participate in community events and fundraising activities with BBC Children in Need.
Required profile
- Passionate about early years education and child development.
- Committed to delivering high‑quality care in a team‑oriented setting.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work within the nursery’s schedule.
Required skills
- Understanding of early years frameworks and safeguarding procedures.
