Nursery Practitioner Level 3 – Camberley

About the role

Busy Bees is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its Camberley nursery. You will work with a dedicated team to support the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children aged 0‑5 in a Good‑rated Ofsted setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities following the Bee Curious curriculum.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and senior staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent standards of care and education.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and community fundraising events.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Passionate about early childhood development and inclusive education.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and team members.
• Commitment to the nursery’s opening hours (7:30 am – 6:30 pm, five days a week).
