Nursery Practitioner Level 3 – Early Years Educator

About the role

Join Busy Bees as a Nursery Practitioner Level 3, delivering high‑quality early years education to children in our Prenton nursery. You will support the intellectual, social and emotional development of up to 105 children in a purpose‑built, Ofsted‑rated “Good” setting.

Key responsibilities

• Foster children’s learning and wellbeing through the Bee Curious curriculum.
• Create engaging, safe and stimulating educational spaces.
• Support children’s social interaction and emotional growth.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a bright, spacious environment, including indoor rooms and a natural garden.

Required profile

• Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification (or equivalent).
• Passion for early years education and child development.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, supportive environment.
