Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 (Early Years)

About the role

Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group, is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its Crowborough site. You will work with children under five, delivering the Bee Curious curriculum and supporting their early development in a vibrant, award‑winning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote curiosity, confidence and social skills.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
• Observe and record children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with the team to implement the Bee Curious curriculum and uphold Busy Bees’ quality standards.

Required profile

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under five.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.

Required skills

• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities.
• Ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan activities.
