Nursery Practitioner Level 3

About the role

Join Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group, as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Leeds. You will support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children aged from babies to preschoolers, delivering the Bee Curious curriculum in an outstanding Ofsted‑rated setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate age‑appropriate learning activities.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment and supervise children at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and daily observations.
• Communicate effectively with parents and share updates on children’s development.
• Collaborate with the nursery team to uphold health, safety and Ofsted standards.

Required profile

• Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with babies, toddlers and preschool‑aged children.
• Understanding of early years frameworks and Ofsted requirements.
• Ability to work flexibly within a team‑oriented environment.
