Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

About the role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at Coton Day Nursery. You will work in a supportive environment where children, families and staff thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Build trusted relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment for all children.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Compassionate, reliable and dedicated to early years education.
• Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Confident written and spoken English.
• Experience in an Early Years setting is desirable.
