Nursery Practitioner Level 3

About the role

Busy Bees is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its West Hampstead Fortune Green site. You will work in a vibrant, award‑winning early years environment, delivering the Bee Curious curriculum and supporting children’s intellectual, social and emotional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and confidence.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and record children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transitions between age groups.
• Participate in continuous professional development and team meetings.

Required profile

• Passion for early years education and child development.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented setting.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents and staff.
• Commitment to Busy Bees’ values of inclusion, respect and high‑quality care.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Montessori approach and early years curricula.
