Nursery Teacher – Full‑time Permanent Role in Redbridge

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join our Redbridge primary school on a permanent, full‑time basis starting September 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality early years education within the EYFS framework, fostering a safe and stimulating environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a nurturing, play‑based environment that supports communication, language and social development.
• Monitor and support pupils with varying needs, working closely with support staff and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching the EYFS (MPS1‑MPS5).
• Strong understanding of early child development and the EYFS framework.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the school team.
• Commitment to inclusion and supporting diverse learners.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EYFS statutory requirements.
• Experience planning and assessing early years curriculum.
• Effective communication with children, parents and staff.
