Nurture Teacher – SEMH Specialist (Full‑time)

About the role
TLTP Education is seeking a qualified Nurture Teacher to join its specialist SEMH provision in West Drayton. You will work with secondary pupils (KS3‑KS5) who require a safe, structured environment to continue their education and achieve GCSE qualifications.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality teaching of core subjects to small classes (8‑10 pupils) with TA support.
- Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to create a therapeutic, nurturing classroom atmosphere.
- Maintain rigorous safeguarding standards and manage pupil behaviour positively.
- Monitor and support pupil progress, adapting interventions as needed.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Commitment to personal and pupil development.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Excellent communication and behaviour‑management skills.
