Occupational Health Manager

About the role

Our client in Cumbria is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager to join a friendly, supportive team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role combines on‑site case management with strategic leadership of the Occupational Health and Wellbeing service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one day per week of case management on site (3 days on‑site, 2 days remote).
• Provide four days of strategic and management‑led work each week.
• Own the Occupational Health and Wellbeing service, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Manage a mixed clinical and non‑clinical Occupational Health team.
• Maintain and develop relationships with external providers.
• Lead progress towards SEQOHS accreditation.

Required profile

• NMC Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three years post‑registration experience.
• Relevant Occupational Health qualification.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead Occupational Health position.
