Occupational Health Nurse Advisor – Remote with Bristol Travel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join a leading provider of Occupational Health and Wellbeing services. The role is primarily home‑based, allowing you to manage client cases remotely while travelling to Bristol for occasional on‑site assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct case management assessments for a diverse client portfolio.
• Perform health surveillance, pre‑placement assessments and fitness‑for‑work medicals.
• Carry out workplace assessments and advise on health risks.
• Support employees with physical and mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality occupational health services.

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse (NMC registered).
• Occupational Health qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar Occupational Health Advisor role.
• Willingness to travel locally when required.
