Occupational Hygiene Technician – Progression to Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Occupational Hygiene Technician who wants to develop into a managerial position within a leading air‑filtration manufacturer. The role combines field sampling, laboratory analysis and reporting with the chance to build and lead a new internal air‑quality monitoring team.

Key responsibilities

• Sample breathable air in industrial and manufacturing environments.
• Send samples to the laboratory and produce detailed test reports.
• Conduct on‑site testing for both internal factory processes and external client projects.
• Help grow the new department, advising on best practice and process improvement.

Required profile

• Occupational Hygiene qualifications or working towards them.
• Motivation to continue professional development and step into a senior role.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Air‑sampling techniques.
• Laboratory testing and analysis.
• Report writing based on test results.
• Knowledge of BOHS M‑Series standards.
