Occupational Therapist – Education Setting

About the role

Join Outcomes First Group as an Occupational Therapist working primarily at Yiewsley Grange within the Hillingdon Granges campus. You will deliver specialist OT assessment and intervention to support pupils’ independence in a rewarding education environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions for pupils.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary clinical team and education staff.
• Support additional Hillingdon Granges sites as required.
• Participate in research projects, special interest groups, and a wider OT network that meets regularly for training and development.

Required profile

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with registration where applicable.
• Ability to work creatively and flexibly within an education setting.
• Willingness to engage in multidisciplinary teamwork and ongoing professional development.

Required skills

What we offer

• Permanent contract (52 weeks) with flexible term‑time options.
• Salary up to £53,200 per year, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus paid in two instalments.
• £2,000 training allowance after probation for CPD.
• 37.5‑hour week, Monday‑Friday 8:30‑16:30.
