About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team delivering therapy services in mainstream schools across Hillingdon, Uxbridge and Isleworth. The role focuses on implementing universal strategies and targeted interventions to support inclusive education and improve outcomes for children and young people.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions within mainstream school settings.
- Develop and implement therapy programmes and pupil‑centred intervention plans.
- Support SENCOs and school staff in applying universal strategies and whole‑school intervention planning.
- Provide workforce development and training to empower staff to deliver effective interventions.
- Collaborate with families, schools and local authorities to ensure coordinated support.
Required profile
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with experience working in educational settings.
- Motivated, creative and able to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills to engage with school staff, families and external partners.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based interventions.

What we offer
- Permanent contract (37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday).
- Salary up to £40,250 per annum (DOE) plus a £2,000 welcome bonus.
