About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in London, delivering specialist interventions to children and young people in school and community settings. The role offers flexibility, protected admin time and a supportive environment to develop your clinical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Assess developmental and learning needs of children and young people, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Design and deliver tailored occupational therapy interventions to support daily life and educational goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents and other professionals to integrate therapy outcomes into the classroom.
- Maintain accurate records, produce reports and contribute to multidisciplinary case reviews.
- Provide remote or clinic‑based support where appropriate.
Required profile
- Qualified Occupational Therapist (HCPC registered) with experience working with children or young people.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary up to £55,000 per year, dependent on experience.
- Permanent contract with flexible full‑time or part‑time options and a summer‑break contract.
- £5,000 retention bonus after 12 months.
- £250 annual CPD allowance, dedicated CPD time and regular supervision.
- 25% protected administration time and a trial of 10% protected rest time each day.
- Travel and relocation support up to £3,000.
