Occupational Therapist – Neurological Care

About the role

Join Dee View Court Neurological Care Centre, a specialist neuro‑rehabilitation service in Aberdeen, as an Occupational Therapist. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver person‑centred assessments and therapeutic programmes for residents with complex neurological needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of residents, setting and reviewing functional goals.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff and support team development.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and uphold high standards of clinical practice.

Required profile

• Diploma or BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

What we offer

• Salary £34,278 – £38,638 per annum (dependent on experience).
• 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, including one weekend in four.
