About the role
Omnea is looking for a proactive Office Manager or People Operations Associate to support our fast‑growing tech startup in London. You will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring that our team can focus on building an AI‑native procurement platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office logistics, including supplies, facilities, and event coordination.
- Design, implement and maintain onboarding and off‑boarding workflows, laptop provisioning, and contract filing.
- Support HR processes such as employee scheduling, contract administration, and internal communications.
- Assist finance and other internal teams on ad‑hoc projects, providing operational support where needed.
- Maintain and improve internal documentation and administrative systems.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Interest in technology startups and a willingness to learn across functions.
Required skills
- Experience with workflow automation tools or platforms.
- Proficiency in office software suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
