Offsite Multi Skilled Operative – Bristol

About the role

We are looking for an Offsite Multi Skilled Operative to join our Bristol team. You will travel across the South West, delivering refurbishment and fit‑out projects for a variety of customers while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, organised and compliant working environment in line with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Follow technical instructions, RAMS and company procedures to complete work safely and to required quality.
• Carry out refurbishment and fit‑out activities according to specifications, SOPs and method statements.
• Assist colleagues across the team and support tasks outside your core experience when qualified.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Experience in operational environments performing semi‑skilled construction tasks.
• Practical skills gained through training and supervised application.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment and materials with safe usage.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, risk assessments and method statements.
• Full UK driving licence; Slinger/Signaller ticket and CSCS card are desirable.
