Offsite Standardisation Manager

About the role

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Offsite Standardisation Manager, with an electrical/mechanical bias, to join our team based ideally in Leeds (other locations may be considered). You will lead the development, implementation and adoption of standardised off‑site (OSM) products across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and continuously improve standardised offsite products in collaboration with OSM and project teams.
• Establish a structured product roadmap, governance and approval processes.
• Work with designers, BIM team and estimating teams to embed standardised solutions into designs, Revit libraries, tender strategies and cost models.
• Support project delivery by ensuring products are adopted on site and barriers are removed.
• Capture learning, monitor industry trends and expand the product suite to maintain competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Extensive experience of mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Experience in offsite manufacturing, DFMA or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Experience of BIM processes, particularly Revit libraries and data structures.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, costing and programme impacts.
• Professional qualifications or memberships (e.g., I.Eng, MCIBSE, MIET, B.Eng Hons) are desirable.
