Onboarding Consultant – EMEA

About the role

As an Onboarding Consultant for Re‑Leased, you will ensure a smooth integration of our cloud‑based property management platform for clients across the EMEA region. You will act as the primary bridge between customers and internal teams, helping them adopt the software and achieve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding projects and deliver training sessions for new users.
• Assist with data migration and optimise client workflows.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal product, support, and implementation teams.
• Provide user feedback to influence product development.
• Maintain high‑quality service through clear communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial real estate and accounting.
• Strong data‑management abilities and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and agile project methodologies.
• Background using accounting systems such as NetSuite, Xero or Sage Intacct.
• Demonstrated ability to lead online training sessions.
