Onboarding Manager – Site Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Onboarding Manager to lead the delivery of new customer sites from contract signing to live operation. You will turn client requirements into clear implementation plans and ensure each site becomes a revenue‑generating asset.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation of new customer sites.
• Conduct client discovery sessions and site assessments to define the optimal implementation approach.
• Develop detailed site implementation plans covering hardware, connectivity, system configuration, signage, pricing and operational rules.
• Create and manage project timelines, coordinating internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Obtain quotations, procure equipment, and oversee contractor performance.
• Work with technical teams to ensure systems meet operational and technical standards before launch.
• Perform user acceptance testing, monitor post‑launch performance and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and hand over completed sites to business‑as‑usual operations.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to wider projects such as estate migrations and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in implementation, onboarding or project management.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership from start to finish.
