We are seeking qualified teachers to deliver one‑to‑one tuition across Kent and Medway. This flexible, temporary position allows you to work around your lifestyle while providing focused, personalised support to learners who need extra attention.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, one‑to‑one lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
• Plan lessons, prepare resources and mark student work, with paid planning time included.
• Build confidence and motivation by adapting teaching methods to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate effectively with students and parents.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a genuine passion for helping learners progress.
• Reliable, supportive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling and travelling within Kent and Medway.
