One-to-One Tutor – Flexible Part‑Time Positions in Kent & Medway

About the role
We are seeking qualified teachers to deliver one‑to‑one tuition across Kent and Medway. This role offers flexible, part‑time work that allows you to focus on individual learners and make a tangible impact on their progress.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised, one‑to‑one lessons tailored to each student’s needs.
- Prepare lesson plans, resources and assessments for each session.
- Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance when required.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with a genuine passion for helping learners improve.
- Reliable and supportive, able to build confidence in students.
- Flexible and able to work independently without the structure of a full classroom.
