One-to-One Tutor for Students in Medway (Part‑time)

About the role
This part‑time, temporary position offers the chance to work closely with young learners in Medway, delivering personalised one‑to‑one tutoring sessions. You will help re‑engage students in education, rebuild confidence and support their individual learning needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one tutoring tailored to each student’s requirements.
- Design and deliver engaging, personalised learning activities.
- Monitor progress and adapt approaches to maintain motivation.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians as needed to support the learner.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching/tutoring experience.
- Experience in UK classroom teaching or private tutoring.
- Ability to work creatively and flexibly with diverse learners.
- Patience, resilience and a proactive attitude in challenging situations.
- Experience supporting SEND or disengaged pupils is desirable.
