Ongoing Due Diligence Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed Term

About the role

Our client in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Ongoing Due Diligence Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role supports the firm’s AML/KYC and CFT compliance programmes, helping to protect the business and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with AML and KYC reviews.
• Ensure business files meet CFT requirements and FCA expectations.
• Review client documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with investment teams to keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Perform risk analysis and assess CDD risk factors.
• Maintain risk trackers and report changes to senior management.
• Meet all targets and deadlines related to risk monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of AML, CDD and CFT regulations.
• Ideally ICA qualified with substantial AML experience.
• Ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and internal investment platforms.
• Understanding of current AML/CFT best practice.
• Willingness to work onsite in Edinburgh city centre at least three days per week.
