Online Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an organised Online Account Manager to join a fast‑growing marketing agency in Warrington Town Centre. You will be responsible for driving performance of TikTok Shop accounts through product optimisation, affiliate activity and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of TikTok Shop accounts.
• Monitor shop performance and identify sales‑boosting opportunities.
• Assist with product optimisation, pricing, promotions and campaign setup.
• Coordinate affiliate and creator activities to increase product sales.
• Communicate with relevant creators and affiliates to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required profile

• Strong interest in TikTok Shop, e‑commerce, affiliates and social commerce.
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and performance reporting.
• Previous experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, influencer marketing or account management is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.

What we offer

• Salary £26,000‑£29,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Bonus incentives.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5:30 pm.
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
• Office‑based work in Warrington town centre.
