Online Tutor – 1:1 Remote Tuition

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Online Tutors to deliver 1:1 remote tuition to children and young people who need a personalised learning approach. Working in partnership with local authorities, you will support learners who may be unable to access mainstream education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one online tutoring sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Support learners with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, anxiety, SEMH and other SEND requirements.
• Build confidence, engagement and academic progress through engaging virtual lessons.
• Utilise online learning platforms and technology to deliver effective instruction.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience in an educational setting.
• Experience tutoring or supporting children and young people.
• Patient, organised and adaptable approach.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Required skills

• Confident use of online learning platforms and related technology.
