Onsite Executive – Aviation Staffing at Heathrow

About the role

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking an Onsite Executive to support the Aviation Service Delivery Team at the Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre. This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) position working Tuesday‑Saturday, with a fixed‑term contract until December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the deployment and engagement of Angard workers on site.
• Operate the bespoke booking system (JoinedUp) to schedule shifts, training and inductions.
• Handle face‑to‑face, telephone and email enquiries from candidates, site managers and clients.
• Create and maintain shift patterns and rotas in line with site requirements.
• Supervise training sessions and ensure all candidates receive ID badges.
• Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders across the client group.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused professional with strong communication skills.
• Confident telephone and email communicator.
• Team player who can adapt to support colleagues as needed.
• Computer literate and comfortable using standard office software.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
