About the role

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Part‑time Onsite Executive to join its Service Delivery team in Milton Keynes. You will act as the face of Reed and Angard Staffing on‑site, managing a flexible workforce for a key Royal Mail client and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Angard staff on‑site across three shift patterns.
• Handle queries from workers and clients, escalating where necessary.
• Collaborate with central delivery and deployment teams to fill staffing gaps.
• Maintain strong relationships with on‑site stakeholders.
• Support a close‑knit team to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Experience in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients and diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working as part of a multi‑functional team.
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
