About the role
Reed Talent Solutions are seeking an Onsite Planning Executive to join the Service Delivery team in Milton Keynes. You will act as the face of Reed and Angard Staffing on Royal Mail sites, overseeing a flexible workforce and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Angard staff on‑site across multiple shifts.
- Handle queries from workers and client representatives.
- Collaborate with central delivery and deployment teams to fill staffing gaps.
- Maintain strong relationships with on‑site stakeholders.
- Support a high standard of service as part of a close‑knit on‑site team.
Required profile
- Experience in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and diverse teams.
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
