On‑site Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Staffing

About the role
We are seeking an on‑site Recruitment Consultant to join our busy client site in Hoddesdon. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle within the temporary staffing sector, supporting high‑volume hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from attraction to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and maintain a pool of ready‑to‑hire candidates.
- Carry out compliance and referencing checks in line with company policy.
- Monitor local market competition, pay rates and candidate activity.
- Produce supply reports as required.
Required profile
- Proactive, efficient and positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize large workloads and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to seek advice and ask for help when needed.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Resilience under pressure and readiness to roll up sleeves.
- Excellent communication skills and good IT/computer knowledge.
- Availability for on‑call duties outside office hours.
