Onsite Team Leader – Service Delivery

About the role

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking an Onsite Team Leader to join its Service Delivery team in Milton Keynes. You will support the On‑Site Team Manager in delivering a 24‑hour operation for a key client, overseeing the evening shift and ensuring high‑quality service for workers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of On‑Site Coordinators during the evening shift.
• Allocate workloads, monitor staffing levels and ensure effective workforce deployment.
• Act as the first point of escalation for workers, coordinators and clients.
• Track operational performance against KPIs, SLAs and compliance standards.
• Assist with workforce planning to meet fulfilment targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and produce shift handover reports.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
• Deputise for the On‑Site Team Manager during periods of absence.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, logistics or a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• High level of computer literacy.
